1) During the installation and debugging process of the equipment, our employees should work tirelessly and install it in the designated location according to your requirements. At the same time, all technical parameters of the equipment must meet company standards;
2) Our employees are not allowed to claim installation and debugging fees from you during the installation and debugging process;
3) After the equipment installation and debugging are completed and meet your requirements and company standards, you must obtain your personal signature to complete the installation and debugging;
4) Our company employees are not allowed to force you to sign off on unsatisfactory installation and debugging;
5) For any problems with the equipment after your purchase, our employees must repair it for you within two days (except in special circumstances). For very urgent machine tool malfunctions, our employees should try to solve them for you within 5 hours. During the warranty period, we will not charge you any fees. Outside the warranty period, we can only charge for workpiece raw materials and travel expenses, and no additional fees will be charged;
6) After you purchase the equipment, no fees shall be charged to you during the warranty period. Outside the warranty period, only the cost of workpiece materials and travel expenses can be charged, and no additional fees shall be charged;
7) In order to better safeguard your interests and better supervise the every word and action of our employees, our company will arrange a dedicated person to conduct irregular investigations on you and severely punish employees who violate our company's rules and regulations!
8) While we have fulfilled our obligations, please make the payment on time according to our contract, otherwise we will not be able to continue serving you!
